📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (within United Kindom)

    • Standard Shipping (free)

    • Estimated Delivery Time: [7–15 business days]

  • International Shipping

    • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: [7–21 business days]

    • Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

📦 Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Depending on the size and type of print, we use:

  • Rigid mailers

  • Protective sleeves

  • Tubes (for larger prints)

📭 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infokukunut@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to make it right.
